About Stephanie

Stephanie Vargas is a wife, mother of three boys, and a lifelong member of our community who is stepping forward because she refuses to let the next generation inherit a California in decline. She is running for Congress to fight for common‑sense solutions that restore stability, protect families, and ensure our children grow up with real opportunity—not rising costs and shrinking hope.

As the Chief Deputy City Clerk and elections official for a city within the district, as well as being a life-long resident of District 33, Stephanie has seen firsthand how political decisions made in Washington are hurting everyday families, businesses, and cities. She is tired of watching career politicians drive up energy prices, taxes, and the cost of living while ignoring public safety, weakening parent rights, and failing to protect our children.

Stephanie believes our district deserves leaders who will stand up, speak truth, and put families first. Her mission is simple: safeguard the future so our children and future generations inherit something of value—safe neighborhoods, affordable living, and a government that finally works for the people.
